Delivery Information

 

We want everyone in the world to be treated equally. That's why we have "free shipping" while in fact the shipping is not free for us. 
The shipping fees for us actually make up about 30% of the final price, but we wanted to make sure that the price for everyone is the same, if you live in Germany, Sweden, USA, Russia, or in the Kongo. It's all about equality!

We ship with DHL Premium Shipping and GoGreen to carbon neutralise our shipping efforts.
Shippings to Germany are sent as "BÜWA" (Bücher und Warensendung)

Important Information for other countries

International deliveries can require import taxes and other costs that are not included in the total cost. Please check if your country has additional tax on imports from Germany. We are classifying them as dusting towels, so they count as cleaning products, which usually don't have any additional tax on them . (It was a lot of work to figure out how to do that properly!) But really... while you could use them for that... they are not meant to be used for cleaning. 

Delivery times are higher due to the pandemic measurements.

Please note that the delivery times vary massively from country to country, and while we send out the deliveries immediately, there is currently no way for us to predict how and when the packages will be delivered. Sometimes they arrive within a day, sometimes it takes up to 6 weeks. We are very sorry about this, but it's not in our hands.
